Costs

Here's a summary of our up to date Shipping costs:

Free Uk shipping with a £60 spend

UK standard is £3, £4 for recorded

Europe is weight based from £8-£15, Tracked.

USA & Rest of World is weight based up to £15 Tracked.

*Please note* We are a UK based company, therefore shipping from the UK. For all deliveries outside of the UK, you will be responsible for any local taxes or duties associated with your purchase, if there are any. 

When will my AB.Co order arrive?

Orders placed are usually dispatched within 2-3 days. UK customers should receive item(s) 1-3 working days there after. Please allow up to 7-15 working days for international orders as we are shipping from the UK. Returns- UPDATE

We are no longer accepting exchanges. You'll now need to place a new order if your chosen size doesn't quite fit right and we will refund the returned items. 

If you need to return an item(s) please return to the address provided on your order packing slip in your order ( with details of return ) within 14 days  -Include the packing slip with return so we have your order number and please email amarabluegrass@gmail.com with the details so we can process it for you.

All returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any returns received after this period will not qualify for a refund. Returns after 14 days are only eligible for store credit if returning items in original condition upon inspection.

Please note: When returning an item for any reason, we are not responsible for the items until we receive them so advise sending tracked or with courier of your choice. All returned items must be in their original state and unworn and not damaged to qualify for a refund (unless faulty) Any items sold under promotion or sale are also non- refundable. Any queries regarding our returns, please don't hesitate to ask.

International Returns: PLEASE READ

If you need to fill in a customs form, please ensure this is clearly marked as 'returned goods', as Amarabluegrass will not be responsible for paying any returns customs fees. 

Amarabluegrass will not be held accountable for shipping to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, but we will be happy to assist you in the matter.
